Information for all Graduate Students that are hoping to have their degree granted in February 2015, and the congregation ceremony in May, 2015. Please advise students that Enrolment Services will not accept any late applications for graduation, and there will be no exceptions to January 23, 2015 deadline.

Students should not apply to have their degree awarded in February 2015, if they are not able to complete the program requirements before January 23, 2015.

Students completing their program requirements after January 23, 2015 should wait and apply to have their degree granted in May 2015. The application for the degree to be granted in May 2015 and the May congregation ceremony will open on January 24, 2015 on the Student Service Centre.

Last day for applications to be submitted to Enrolment Services by all graduate students expecting to have their degree granted in February 2015. Congregation ceremony will be in May 2015. Application is made through the Student Service Centre.

Last day for final master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be accepted by the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies for February degree granting. Must be approved and accepted by 4:00 pm.

Last day for graduate programs to notify the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies that all requirements (including major papers) have been met for non-thesis master’s degrees for February degree granting.
