GRANTS FOR CANADIAN AND AMERICAN LANGUAGE AND CULTURE TEACHING ASSISTANTS IN SPAIN FOR 2013-14 (ENGLISH OR FRENCH LANGUAGES)
Positions available as an English or French language teaching assistant all over Spain for university graduates or undergraduate students who have completed at least two full years of college or university. The positions are offered in the K-12 public school system and public language schools. Applications will be accepted online (see below) from the 10th of January to the 2nd of April 2013. Grants will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, therefore it is important to apply as soon as possible. Assistants will get a monthly allowance of 700 € after taxes (910 CAD, as of December, 2012). The duration of the grant is eight months: October 2013 to May 2014. Assistants will also be provided with medical insurance. Over 2,000 Canadian and US assistants are currently part of this program in Spain.
